best of the super bowl

#1 tide - miracle stain
this was the winner for me. i think alot of people still remember the tide stain commercial
with the "interview" from 2008 and this is a nice follow up to that (even though it's a few
years late to be a follow up)... its a great spot and its amazing they were able to feature
the 49ers and ravens so prominently -- basically the bulk of the production must have happened
in the last 2 weeks which is crazy timing. well done tide.
doritos - goat 4 sale
most advertising professionals hate consumer-generated ads in the super bowl because
normal people (or "normies" as we like to call you) have no business making commercials.
but i have to admit, the doritos spots in the last few super bowls have been great and
this idea with the goat is pretty much perfect
oreo - dunk in the dark
this timely tweet went out during the power outage which is ridiculously great.
the average :30 spot this year was $4 million...and there were multiple 2-min long
commercials that aired (thats $16 million spent in 120 seconds). considering this
tweet was free and is getting more buzz than alot of the commercials shows how
amazing this was.

paul harvey or last year's clint eastwood?
the stain was pretty good, but i think there were a lot of bad commercials this year...but what do i know...the pistachio commercial came on at the right time but gagnam style is beyond played out

both paul harvey and clint eastwood are re-makes of the chrysler spot with eminem from 2 super bowls ago.
for me, every year this approach gets more and more worn out
i liked the go daddy sky waitress spot but i watched it again and it wasn't anything great. i was also drinking during the super bowl so there's that
i hate the product...but not even a mention of the taco bell spot with the old people, to the tune of that stupid FUN song in spanish!
not even a chuckle?
